What happens next
- Opt-outs take effect immediately. Your record is flagged the moment you submit, and a flagged record is never passed to another installer. No waiting, no review queue.
- Access, deletion, and correction requests are handled by a person. We respond within 45 days, usually far sooner, and we'll verify it's you first — normally by replying to the email address you gave us.
- Installers who already have your details. We can suppress our copy, but we can't reach into theirs. Ask for the list and we'll tell you exactly who received your information so you can go to them directly.
- You won't be penalised. Opting out doesn't change anything about the site, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
